COORDINATION MEETINGS

The partnership plans to have 6 transnational project meetings, one every seven months.

Due to COVID pandemic, the first two meetings were held on-line.


TRAINING COURSES

Narrate project planned to hold two training seminars focused on increasing and developing competences of teachers working with the narrative approach in pre schools. The training events consist of workshops, experts' lectures and transnational groups of discussion. The first session takes place in Belgium hosted by Elmer and the second one in Italy, hosted by Imola Municipality.


COORDINATION MEETINGS

1st COORDINATION MEETING - online
24th, 25th and 26th of November 2020

The first meeting was dedicated to the planning and initial coordination of all project activities with the presentation of partners and with the project management phase through the definition of:

  • Responsibilities and duties of each partner;
  • Discussion of the work plan and approval of the Dissemination Plan and Monitoring and Evaluation Plan;
  • Sharing of tools and procedures for documentation and reporting.
2nd COORDINATION MEETING - online
27th, 28th and 29th of April 2021

The second meeting was dedicated to the following tasks:

  • plan the activities joint training seminar (C1);
  • assessment of the achievements of the expected results and specific objectives;
  • monitoring of the implementation of IO1
INFORMAL COORDINATION MEETING - online
1st-3rd of December 2021

The informal coordination meeting aimed to:

  • Make an assessment of the IOs development
  • Share, evaluate and assess project management tools
3rd COORDINATION MEETING - Estonia
1st-3rd of December 2021

The third meeting aims to:

  • Make an assessment of the IOs development;
  • Share and evaluate the activities of dissemination at local level;
  • Assess project management tools;
4th COORDINATION MEETING - Sweden
April 2022

The fourth meeting will be dedicated to the following tasks:

  • assessment of the testing phase;
  • assessment of the implementation of IO2;
  • monitoring of the project implementation in relation to the expected results and specific objectives;
  • planning of IO3 and the activities joint training seminar (C2).
5th COORDINATION MEETING - Belgium
November 2022

The fifth meeting aims to:

  • assess of the follow-up plans and possible mainstreaming in the regions of the partners and across the network SERN;
  • collect information for the final reporting of project;
  • approve of the valorisation strategy.
6th COORDINATION MEETING - Italy
April 2023

The sixth meeting aims to:

  • the assessment of the implementation of IO3;
  • the finalization all outputs;
  • assessment of the follow-up plans and possible mainstreaming in partner countries;
  • collect information for the final reporting of project;

TRAINING COURSES

FIRST TRAINING COURSE - Belgium
4-7 May 2022
The first training seminar is composed of workshops and lectures starting from the gathered best practices carried out on the basis of the narrative approach and through the collaboration between preschools and local libraries. The focus is on the analysis of an educational learning path based on the narrative theory and how libraries can support a narrative approach in early education.
SECOND TRAINING COURSE - Italy
The second training seminar, starts from the guidelines and recommendations for early education collected by project partners about their experiences with the narrative approach, produces the framework of the toolbox on monitoring and evaluation of the adoption of the narrative approach. In particular, it proposes the most effective way for applying it into preschools in collaboration with local libraries, both within and outside the partnership.
